Honey Products

Honey products do not meet the compositional criteria for honey, but are products consisting in whole or in part of honey.

Dried Honey – Dried honey is honey that has been dehydrated and mixed with other ingredients to keep it free-flowing.

Flavored/Fruited Honey – Flavored/Fruited honey is honey that has either fruit, coloring or flavoring added.

Honey sticks – Honey sticks consist of liquid honey in a straw. Sometimes flavors are added.

Infused Honey – Infused honey is honey that has had flavors of herbs, spices, peels, etc. added to it by steeping

Honey I'm Home Natural Honey From Marshall's Farms Honey-I'm-Home! This honey is complex and always very very fresh. Our acreage hosts Eucalyptus, Lavender, organic garden vegetables and an array of local wildflowers & fruit tree blossoms. The honey is always wonderful and new because the hives are just a short walk from our honey house. When there is Honey I'm Home to harvest, whether it be a few pounds or a little more, the beekeeper brings it in. Consequently this honey is harvested many times throughout the four seasons. It can also be used for relief from Pollen Allergies in late Spring, Summer & Fall in Napa & Solono Counties, California.
